“You’ve verified that the patient is unresponsive and without a pulse. Now what?”
“Call 911.”
“You ARE 911.”
“Look, I don’t make it a habit to carry a crash cart with me wherever I go. If the scenario says we’re outside of the hospital, we call 911 and bring in the equipment!”
