“Self-serve” right?
My brother got the “if you don’t like the way I make it, cook it yourself” line. Thereafter, he made his own French toast, but was wise enough not to make the same mistake again.
This brings to mind a small series of episodes in “All Creatures Great and Small” in which the Farnons’ housekeeper goes away for a bit and Tristan (the younger of the brothers) volunteers to prepare bangers and mash for the two of them. As it happens, he’s a one-trick pony, and Siegfried (the elder) reaches a high level of disgust after the second meal’s presentation.

That’s a rare bit of culinary advocacy.

What? I see nothing wrong with that. 🙂

Long live the holy and all mighty grill chees……what kind of bread do you have in mind?

Bread selection, cheese selection, open or closed, other ingredients,…
Still goes well with a cup of tomato soup.

Server that up with some good ol’ fashion tomato soup and I’m in!

Mmmm, grilled cheese sandwiches! And served by a sexy, curvaceous doctor! Who could ask for more? 😉
